Welcome to Rciel. These Seller Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rciel platform as a seller of digital products. By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with these Terms, all applicable laws, and our platform policies.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: Rciel digital marketplace operated at rciel.com and its subdomains
  • Seller: Any individual or entity approved to sell digital products on Rciel
  • Buyer: Any user purchasing digital products through the platform
  • Digital Product: Downloadable files, templates, courses, or other digital content

2. Seller Eligibility

To become a seller on Rciel, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide valid government-issued ID or commercial registration documents
  • Have a valid Saudi Arabian IBAN for payouts
  • Comply with all Saudi Arabian laws and regulations

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Rciel:

  • ✗Content that violates intellectual property rights (plagiarism, unauthorized copies)
  • ✗Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material
  • ✗Content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • ✗Illegal content under Saudi Arabian law
  • ✗Malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
  • ✗Content that violates privacy rights or contains personal data without consent
  • ✗Gambling-related content or pyramid schemes
  • ✗Content that misrepresents or deceives buyers

4. Product Requirements

All digital products must meet the following standards:

  • High-quality, functional files that match product descriptions
  • Clear product descriptions, previews, and usage instructions
  • Accurate categorization and tags
  • Proper documentation and support materials where applicable
  • Regular updates and maintenance for template-based products

5. Pricing and Fees

Rciel's commission structure and payment terms:

  • Platform Commission: 10% of each sale (before VAT)
  • VAT: 15% tax applies to all transactions (Saudi Arabian law)
  • Payouts: Processed within 7 business days to your registered IBAN
  • Minimum Payout: 100 SAR threshold for withdrawal

6. Intellectual Property

By uploading products to Rciel, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the legal right to sell all content in your products
  • Your products do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or patents
  • You grant buyers a non-exclusive license to use purchased products
  • You retain ownership of your original content

7. Saudi Arabian Compliance

All sellers must comply with the following Saudi regulations:

  • E-Commerce Law (2019): All transactions must be transparent and documented
  • VAT Law: 15% VAT applies to all digital products
  • Copyright Law: Respect intellectual property rights
  • Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL): Handle buyer data responsibly
  • Consumer Protection Law: Provide accurate information and fair refund policies

8. Account Termination

Rciel reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

  • Uploading prohibited content
  • Repeated customer complaints or low ratings
  • Violation of these Terms or Saudi laws
  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform

9. Seller Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours
  • Deliver products immediately upon purchase (automated system)
  • Provide accurate product descriptions and previews
  • Honor refund requests for defective or misrepresented products
  • Maintain professional communication with buyers
