Seller obligations

  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and licensing terms.
  • Deliver digital goods promptly; ensure download links or license keys function as described.
  • Comply with tax obligations (including VAT where applicable) and local regulations.
  • Honor any product‑specific refund or support commitments you publish.

Buyer obligations

  • Review license terms before purchase and respect permitted uses.
  • Do not redistribute, resell, or infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Use accurate payment information and do not abuse refund or dispute processes.

Payments, fees, and taxes

  • Payments are processed through our partners; platform commission and applicable taxes (e.g., KSA VAT) may apply.
  • Pricing and fees may change from time to time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in access being paused while the dispute is investigated.

Dispute resolution

  • Contact the seller through your order page for order‑specific issues; escalate to Rciel support if unresolved.
  • These Terms are governed by KSA law. Courts in KSA will have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
